Transition Coaching

Your journey may encounter transitions either from a career, a job, relationship, or simply a desire to make a change and create something new in your life. Transition coaching focuses on the transition process and how you want to navigate the change. Coaching will help you focus on what you need to do on a daily basis to create the change you want to experience in your life.

Transition Coaching involves 5 steps:

  1. Identifying the specifics of the transition. What do you want to change and what are you committed to doing to make the change you want to experience.
  2. Develop a set of milestones and steps that you need to take to meet your transition goals. You will get feedback and support to better understand how you can make this transition.
  3. Identifying roadblocks and hurdles you will need to address to meet your transition goals. Working together we will develop an action plan that helps you successfully meet those roadblocks and overcome the hurdles to your success.
  4. Accountability and creativity will help you address the challenges that you might face as you work your plan and make the transition. Because I will be with you along the way we can creatively navigate the challenges. I will also help hold you accountable for the action plans that we’ve developed together.
  5. Celebrate and solidify the change and transition. We will celebrate as you reach each milestone and will make a plan to ensure your transition is on solid ground and that you are addressing the fears and issues you encounter with the transition.

Change back is a natural process that happens as we move through a transition. Each of your desires to retreat will be addressed as we move into and through the transition.
