Everyone faces different obstacles and roadblocks. I bring a wealth of education, training and experience to the coaching process. I worked for over 40 years in both the for profit and non-profit sectors in communications, marketing and management. Each of these experiences gave me a perspective on work-life balance, teamwork, group process, addressing work conflicts, working with difficult people, and finding strategies for success.
I’ve mentored and coached individuals and groups while also developing training, team building activities and seminars.
After over 40 years in business working for others, I decided to use my talent for empathy and a sincere desire to help others. As a result, I’m a business/life coach who is experienced and trained in communication and has a wealth of business experience.
Most recently, I led successful, multi-dimensional and cross-functional teams to deliver successful financial results. These teams came together to produce deliverables that won millions of dollars of work for the company. They found that creative and open conflict produced the best solutions and communicated the best options that the organization had to offer.
In addition to my professional experiences, I am married, have children, and have grandchildren who enrich my life beyond imagining. I love reading, hiking, sewing traveling, exploring new experiences, and singing.
